Jason Wright shares that his firm (Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP) is hiring a mid-level International Trade Associate or a Counsel for its Economic Sanctions and Export Controls and National Security Law Practice groups.

Jason writes:

Salary starting at $200,000 commensurate with experience. The job location may be either New York or Washington, D.C. Curtis currently supports a hybrid office/remote policy. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience with the U.S. sanctions laws administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), the export control laws administered by the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the U.S. State Department Directorate of Defense Controls (DDDC), and the foreign direct investment controls administered by the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment (CFIUS) and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Some familiarity with U.S. government and/or U.S. defense contracting experience is a plus.
